Ok. But still have Chem remedial. Dam it man! Why can't I ever do well for chem? argh... One might wonder that what is life besides studying, and you may argue that I'm a no-lifer because all I can do is mug. Well, go ahead. I'm a no-lifer. All I can do is mug.
And that is why I'm gonna ace the A levels.

1) Math - Omg. The joy. The ecstacy. The euphoria! I was trembling (and not from the cold air con, which btw was freaking cold too) and I couldn't even hear sounds properly [this always happens before I have a panic attack] and was turning blank when I suddenly hear people clapping for Xianying (who doubled her score - wow), then suddenly Mrs Kong calls my name to say that I've improved by 28 marks... Omg... I was so utterly shocked I couldn't even say thank you when she so generously gave me a lollipop as a token of "reward" haha. I just blurted out a "serious?". LOL! GOSH! This is the first time I have ever been acknowledged of improvement or doing well in a math test since Secondary 3. But then again... improvement by 28 marks may seem rather ridiculous and "omfg did he really improve that much?" to others, but in actual fact it is because my promos did sooooo horrendously that it forever scarred me, and I told myself that no matter how badly things turn out, it couldn't get worse than that.. and it was! Haha! Now I have a solid C, and I'm hoping this gives me the confidence to strive on in Math and aim for a B in CT2 and A in Prelims and of course A levels!!! All the best to me and thank you Mrs Kong for the lollipop! :)
2) Econs - when I first received it I got a shock - 16/30 for case study, and I'm like "dam, I'm scrwed" but when I got back my essay and got 16 also, I calculated and got 59, and I'm like "double dam!" and I was moody for the next 15 minutes. BUT, when I saw the results slip we were supposed to sign, apparently all the 59s were converted to 60s and the 44s to 45s. WOW! So generous moderation! And because when you had your hopes dashed in front of you to a sudden surprise in your favour, it makes you really really happy!!!!! xD LOL! Was kinda expecting like around a 64 but I suppose a 60 will do! Sure beats a 44, which I got horrifically for promos last year (yes, I dunno how but my promos were my worst exam in my entire life).
3) Chem - An S. Haha. Was kinda expecting it. So it wasn't that bad. BUT I improved still ok? Even though meagerly by 2 marks, it still shows that my physical chem improved ok? Haha (and I think it was quite good when I realize I left 20 marks (25%) of marks completely blank). Haha OK, at least I told myself if I were to go for any remedial, I would want chem, so ta-da! Wish granted! xD
4) Bio & GP. Holy holy crap. I calculated my bio score and realized that I will either get an S or E or if I'm VERY lucky and the marker is VERY lenient, a D. I really can't imagine what not studying bio fully brings you.... a crappy paper... Guess I really got a wake up call for Bio this time. It's interesting that I get a wake up call for all subjects at different exams... J1CT was Chem wakeup call, Promos was Math, J2CT1 is Bio, so what? CT2 will be GP and Prelims Econs? Haha it doesn't matter... I WILL ACE A LEVELS. AND I SHALL HAVE NO MORE WAKEUP CALLS BECAUSE CT2 AND PRELIMS WILL ALL BE A PLATFORM FOR ME TO SCORE AND ACE AND SHOW MY TRUE POTENTIAL!!!
On a side note, condolences go to Lee Xiuhue for working so hard for Econs but failing to get results that she rightfully deserves. I do hope she lets out all her sadness, but knowing her, I know she will be able to stand back right up on 2 feet and march on! xD Haha... Congrats also goes to Charmaine and Dexter for improving so well in Math, and Taufiq for being the only A in Econs in class, KiaLiang for aceing everything so far, and of course the ever stable Shumin, Diana and Dawn, and Ben too. Haha. Bye bye!
